朱利霞博士、胡婧博士和张雅馨硕士毕业答辩顺利通过
2025年5月10日，朱利霞博士、胡婧博士和张雅馨硕士毕业答辩在中国科技大学中区医学楼218会议室如期举行。
本次答辩委员会由中国科学院合肥物质研究院的黄青研究员（答辩主席）、新疆大学苏正定教授（答辩委员）、中国科学技术大学的滕脉坤教授（答辩委员）、李博峰教授（答辩委员）以及刘钟华教授（答辩委员）组成。
答辩人朱利霞、胡婧、张雅馨分别对其博士论文《靶向IgE的纳米抗体的制备及其抗过敏效果的评价》、博士论文《靶向单纯疱疹病毒糖蛋白D的纳米抗体开发及其抗病毒机制研究》、硕士论文《基因组测序数据分析软件开发及其在复杂先天病例研究中的应用》进行了个人陈述。在答辩过程中，三位答辩人梳理并详细汇报了课题背景和研究结果后，由答辩主席和答辩委员对答辩人进行提问，考察其对课题的理解以及研究方法的掌握。随后，答辩委员指出了三位答辩人的论文中存在的不足和改进之处，并给出许多有力的建议和指导，答辩人对其虚心接受并表示将会认真修改。
经过无记名投票和专家组讨论，黄青研究员代表答辩委员会郑重宣布：博士研究生朱利霞、胡婧、硕士研究生张雅馨顺利通过答辩，并建议校学位委员会授予其博士和硕士学位，金腾川教授也为毕业生们送上了诚挚的寄语，期望他们能够立足于前沿交叉领域，在过敏免疫治疗、抗病毒药物开发及生物信息学方向持续突破，积极推动基础研究向临床实践的转化，为相关领域的发展贡献更多力量。
On May 10, 2025, the graduation defenses of Dr. Zhu Lixia, Dr. Hu Jing, and Master Zhang Yaxin were held as scheduled in Conference Room 218 of the Medical Building in the Central Campus of the University of Science and Technology of China.
The defense committee consisted of Researcher Huang Qing from the Hefei Institutes of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences (serving as the chair of the defense committee), Professor Su Zhengding from Xinjiang University (defense committee member), Professor Teng Maikun from the University of Science and Technology of China (defense committee member), Professor Li Bofeng (defense committee member), and Professor Liu Zhonghua (defense committee member).
The defenders Zhu Lixia, Hu Jing, and Zhang Yaxin gave personal presentations on their doctoral dissertation Preparation of Nanobodies Targeting IgE and Evaluation of Their Anti-Allergic Effects, doctoral dissertation Development of Nanobodies Targeting Herpes Simplex Virus Glycoprotein D and Research on Their Antiviral Mechanisms, and master's thesis Development of Genomic Sequencing Data Analysis Software and Its Application in the Study of Complex Congenital Cases respectively. During the defense process, after the three defenders sorted out and reported in detail the research background and results of their projects, the chair and members of the defense committee raised questions to them to examine their understanding of the projects and mastery of research methods. Subsequently, the defense committee pointed out the deficiencies and areas for improvement in the theses of the three defenders, and put forward many valuable suggestions and guidance, which the defenders accepted with an open mind and stated that they would revise the theses carefully.
After anonymous voting process, Researcher Huang Qing, on behalf of the defense committee, solemnly announced that doctoral students Zhu Lixia and Hu Jing, as well as master's student Zhang Yaxin, had successfully passed the defense, and it was recommended that the university academic degree committee award them doctoral and master's degrees respectively. Professor Jin Tengchuan also delivered sincere messages to the graduates, hoping that they would be rooted in cutting-edge interdisciplinary fields, make continuous breakthroughs in the directions of allergic immunotherapy, antiviral drug development, and bioinformatics, actively promote the transformation of basic research to clinical practice, and contribute more to the development of related fields.
